The College of Engineering at Al-Farahidi University, in cooperation with the College of Engineering at Al-Nahrain University, is pleased to announce the First Engineering Conference on Advanced Developments in Artificial Intelligence and Robotics and Their Applications in Engineering Fields (2026), which will be held at Al-Farahidi University. The conference is a scientific event dedicated to discussing the latest scientific and technological advancements, as well as presenting and reviewing recent research and studies that contribute to the development of engineering applications. It also seeks to highlight and strengthen the role of artificial intelligence in fostering innovation and serving the community.

Conference Objectives
This conference aims to provide a distinguished scientific and academic forum for fostering knowledge exchange and sharing expertise among researchers, academics, and professionals in artificial intelligence, intelligent systems, robotics, and emerging technologies. The organizing committee welcomes and encourages active scientific participation in this academic event.
Submission Guidelines
All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The following paper categories are welcome.
Researchers are invited to submit Full Papers (max 6000 words) describing original and unpublished fundamental scientific research and application.
You are kindly asked to prepare your Paper as Microsoft Word (*.doc or *.docx) file locally on your own computer, using the required templates.
Papers should be clear, concise and written in English with correct spelling and good sentence structure.
We recommend that the Paper contribution is carefully compiled and thoroughly checked, in particular with regard to the list of authors, before submission in order to avoid last-minute changes.
The submission of a Paper carries with it the obligation that it is presented or virtually presented at the Conference by the author or by one of the co-authors.
Please ensure that all sources cited in your paper are valid and properly referenced, and that both the plagiarism similarity index and the AI-generated content ratio do not exceed 20%.

Publication Information
· All full papers will be published in the AIREN2026 Conference Proceedings Book.
· All submitted manuscripts will be subject to the blind peer review process.
· Submissions for the conference must be made as complete papers (there is no abstract submission stage)
