The 2026 13th IEEE International Conference on Intelligent Systems is a forum that brings together top specialists in the broad area of intelligent systems — from data science and machine learning to computational intelligence, explainable AI, and applications across industry, science, and society. This forum will be held in a hybrid format: on-site and online. It offers an opportunity for scientists from all over the world to share ideas and achievements in the theory and practice of data science, intelligent control, artificial intelligence, neural networks, soft computing, data mining and knowledge discovery, machine learning, deep learning, intelligent education, and related fields.

In addition to the main sessions, the conference timetable will encompass several invited sessions, workshops, poster sessions, tutorial courses, and student sessions. Following the tradition, all original papers submitted to IS'26 shall be carefully reviewed for possible inclusion in the Conference Proceedings. After the Conference, a selected number of the best papers shall be expanded and revised for possible inclusion in refereed journals or Springer books.

Submission Guidelines

All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. They should highlight contemporary intelligent systems as a concept that integrates theoretical research with applications in automation and information technology. All aspects of intelligent systems are of interest: theory, algorithms, tools, and applications. The following paper categories are welcome.

Full papers:

Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished research papers that are not under review elsewhere. All submissions will be peer-reviewed and must follow the IEEE conference format.
